What you will do

• Develop innovative Computer Vision solutions including classification, image enhancement, segmentation, and generative AI.
• Lead architecture and development tasks within the Computer Vision team.
• Maintain hands-on involvement throughout the entire implementation lifecycle from design to production code.
• Ensure optimal performance and scalability of developed ML solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, electronics engineers, and AI specialists.

Requirements

• M.Sc. degree in computer sciences, exact sciences, or relevant engineering fields.
• 5+ years of experience in developing software applications in a commercial environment.
• Proven expertise in Computer Vision.
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, model evaluation, and validation techniques.
• Proficiency with major Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Ability to apply advanced theories to solve practical, real-world problems.

Nice to have

• Experience in developing and training large vision-language models and LLMs.
• Deep understanding of the interface between computer vision and natural language processing.
