TL;DR

Senior Data Scientist (AI): Developing end-to-end ML and agentic AI systems for workforce management solutions with an accent on GenAI, time-series forecasting, and mathematical optimization. Focus on deploying production-level models in high-stakes environments and orchestrating complex agentic AI flows.

Location: Must be based in Raanana, Israel (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote).

What you will do

  • Develop end-to-end ML systems to train and serve production-level models.
  • Deploy GenAI and agentic AI systems to improve existing solutions or create new services.
  • Design and build agentic AI flows including tool use, multi-step reasoning, and orchestration.
  • Forecast work volume and optimize shift schedules using time-series methods and mathematical optimization.
  • Integrate new features into large-scale software systems.
  • Own projects end-to-end while leading team members through planning and delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an applied researcher or research engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with Python and PyTorch.
  • Experience with ML-Ops and cloud deployment (AWS).
  • Experience with mathematical optimization (e.g., Gurobi).
  • Hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI flows.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Raanana, Israel.

  • Experience with HuggingFace, scikit-learn, pandas, and SQL.
  • Containerization skills with Docker.
  • LLM-specific experience: RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks.
