What you will do

• Lead research initiatives across NLP, Vision, and multimodal modeling, focusing on LLM-based and agentic AI systems.
• Architect and prototype single and multi-agent systems, including planning, memory, and orchestration.
• Establish best practices for safe, controllable, and scalable AI agents, including guardrails and observability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transition experimental systems into reliable production deployments.
• Mentor researchers and data scientists to raise the bar for technical rigor and applied research impact.
• Stay at the forefront of AI research to contribute to the long-term agentic-AI roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience building production-grade AI agents with multi-step reasoning and tool-based actions.
• Mandatory: Experience with agent frameworks/orchestration layers (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, or custom runtimes).
• Practical expertise with LLMs (AWS Bedrock or similar), including evaluation and prompt design.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML/DL libraries (HuggingFace and open-source tooling).
• Strong AI engineering skills in clean architecture, testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Fluency in English.
