• Design and maintain scalable backend services that meet enterprise requirements.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Improve existing planning, development, and deployment processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of experience building backend applications in a modern programming language.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud computing platforms.
• Proficiency with modern data storage solutions like MySQL, Postgres, or MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and web development best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
