Salary: $151,000 – $206,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the development of the customer-facing SaaS product.
• Design and enhance backend services powering the core functionality of the hirify.global Platform.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Frontend teams to deliver features that solve customer problems.
• Integrate internal and external APIs to support rich, data-driven experiences.
• Own the full development lifecycle by automating build, test, deployment, and monitoring workflows.
• Contribute to an iterative development process emphasizing continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building distributed web applications and APIs.
• Strong expertise in building backend microservices using Golang.
• Experience with REST/gRPC and service-oriented architectures.
• Familiarity with Docker and interest in improving CI/CD deployment processes.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservice-based designs using GCP PubSub.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience maintaining containerized services in a Kubernetes environment.
