What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain the analytical layer powering GTM teams.
• Automate recurring workflows using code and AI to drive efficiency.
• Analyze churn drivers, expansion signals, and revenue performance to support Customer Experience.
• Provide data-driven narratives and actionable insights to assist Sales in closing deals.
• Master payment domain rules and PSP workflows to inform AI context and analytical decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Israel
• Advanced SQL proficiency
• Proven experience as an AI-native builder with workflows and pipelines
• Business outcome orientation mindset with extreme ownership
• Professional proficiency in English
• 1-3 years of data analysis or high-tech work experience is a strong advantage

Nice to have

• Background in payments, risk, and chargebacks
• Experience with Metabase, N8N, ClickHouse, GitHub, Python, HubSpot, or Linear
