What you will do

• Evaluate results and accuracy yields of automated ID authentication services.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Client Managers, and R&D to drive business impact.
• Perform complex data mining using SQL and Python to understand user interaction.
• Leverage AI-driven analytics to identify fraud patterns and refine decision-making models.
• Develop and maintain performance reports and proactive alerts for business KPIs.
• Communicate complex insights effectively to stakeholders under pressure.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Business Data Analyst or similar role.
• BA/B.Sc. in Industrial/Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent.
• Advanced, expert-level SQL skills are a must.
• High proficiency in Excel is a must.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated success in communicating complex insights through various formats.

Nice to have

• Experience developing reports with BI/Visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
• Experience working within a B2B SaaS company.
