What you will do
- Lead software engineering teams to deliver customer value and define long-term technical visions for the product.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Design to shape the future of the product roadmap.
- Apply technical judgment to guide the team on system complexity, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Drive improvements in observability, incident prevention, and response processes.
- Improve delivery predictability and remove friction points from the development process.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high-trust and collaborative culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in a management or technical leadership role.
- Proven ability to connect engineering work to measurable business outcomes (revenue, retention, or cost reduction).
- Strong technical literacy in modern cloud architectures (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and scalable application development.
- Experience implementing high availability and core observability concepts (SLOs, MTTD/MTTR).
- Excellent communication skills for managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- English: B2+ proficiency required for collaboration with a global team.

- Experience effectively connecting in remote/hybrid environments using Slack, Zoom, and G Suite.
