TL;DR

Frontend Engineer II (React/Fintech): Building and optimizing user-friendly online applications for a high-scale payments platform with an accent on intuitive UX and scalable frontend architecture. Focus on developing React-based single-page applications, collaborating with UX teams, and integrating AI-driven workflows.

Location: Dallas, TX. Must be based in the US and reside near a company Hub to accommodate hybrid in-person activities.

Salary: $85,000 - $140,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Build high-scale web applications using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with UX teams to create intuitive, user-friendly online experiences.
  • Participate in Agile sprints, including planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production defects to implement root-cause fixes.
  • Work with cross-shore development teams and third-party vendors for software integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CS or related field with 2+ years of web development experience (or 4+ years with a High School Diploma).
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Strong proficiency in React single-page application development.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and LLM-based workflows.
  • Experience with React component libraries and NPM.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins CI/CD and TDD frameworks.
  • Knowledge of ADA Accessibility and Analytics implementation.
