What you will do

• Own the design and development of front-end architecture, UI frameworks, and design systems for the hirify.global Q experience.
• Lead the full lifecycle of front-end feature delivery from technical design through implementation and release.
• Influence decisions on UI tech stack, rendering strategies, and client-side performance to ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and science partners to translate customer needs into polished interfaces.
• Implement front-end DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated UI testing.
• Write clean, well-tested code and conduct rigorous code and design reviews.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Seattle, WA, USA.
• 2+ years of professional experience in frontend, web, or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 1+ years of experience with computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithm design.
• Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
