Senior Principal Product Manager (AI): Owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Advertising’s Smart Bidding products with an accent on AI/ML integration and scalable advertising solutions. Location: Mountain View, United States. Must be based within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. and work from the office at least four days per week.
Salary: $220,800 – $331,200 per year

What you will do
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Smart Bidding products within Microsoft Advertising.
- Design AI-driven, scalable advertising products that deliver measurable ROI for advertisers.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
- Integrate AI-first thinking into product strategy and infrastructure design.
- Influence senior leadership and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Define and track success using OKRs and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in product/program management or software development.
- Deep AI/ML expertise with a proven ability to integrate AI into product strategy.
- Strong technical background in APIs, infrastructure, and AI modeling.
- Proven track record of defining product visions that drive significant business impact.
- Experience in go-to-market planning and executing product launches.
- Must be based in the US and adhere to the hybrid office attendance policy.
Nice to have
- 12+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- 4+ years of experience specifically developing digital advertising products.
