What you will do

• Manage end-to-end development projects from the concept phase through to series production.
• Create and monitor project plans, including resource, schedule, and cost planning.
• Act as the primary interface between customers, suppliers, and internal technical departments.
• Coordinate product and process development activities to ensure all project milestones and quality targets are met.
• Lead and motivate product and process development associates within the project organization.
• Analyze technical change requests and evaluate their impact on budget and timeline.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a project leadership role within the automotive environment.
• Experience in automotive product development, part and tool design, and PLM systems.
• English proficiency at an Advanced (C1) level.
• Knowledge of statistical tools, risk analysis, and troubleshooting tools.
