What you will do

• Manage end-to-end web projects from intake and scoping through launch and post-release follow-up.
• Translate briefs and stakeholder input into clear project plans and actionable tasks using Monday.com and JIRA.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives to keep cross-functional teams aligned.
• Act as the bridge between the Brand Studio and development teams to ensure high-fidelity implementation of visual and verbal assets.
• Develop and evolve scalable workflows and operational processes to improve speed-to-launch.
• Explore and apply AI-enabled tools to increase project management and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of project management experience in web, digital, or creative environments.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools, specifically Monday.com (preferred), JIRA, and Confluence.
• Deep understanding of the web project lifecycle and Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and iterative delivery.
• Familiarity with engineering workflows, including QA and release processes.
• Ability to independently drive projects and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico City
