What you will do

• Partner with executives to design high-impact presentations across PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
• Transform dense, text-heavy content into engaging visual narratives using layout and storytelling techniques.
• Develop custom templates, infographics, diagrams, and charts to communicate complex ideas.
• Implement transitions and animations that enhance storytelling without distracting from the content.
• Ensure all visual assets align with brand standards and visual identity.
• Manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in presentation design with a portfolio showcasing executive-level work.
• Expert-level proficiency in advanced features of PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Must be located in or able to work in Guadalajara (Mexico) or Medellín (Colombia) on a hybrid basis.
• Excellent project management abilities and high attention to detail.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
