What you will do

• Conceptualize and craft high-fidelity designs across multiple platforms and social channels.
• Build and maintain brand identity systems to ensure a consistent look and feel for the hirify.global evolution.
• Implement Generative AI tools as a core component of the workflow to visualize complex concepts and ideate at scale.
• Research groundbreaking inspiration for digital and physical communication pieces.
• Coordinate and prioritize multiple workstreams within larger projects with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate across all levels of the organization to deliver on strategic briefs.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of design experience at a top design studio, advertising agency, or reputable in-house team.
• Demonstrated passion for branding, visual identity systems, and consumer experiences.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience and interest in using Generative AI tools to accelerate the design process.
• Ability to design across multiple platforms with a grasp of social channel nuances.
• Must be based in Mexico City or the United States.
