What you will do

• Lead the design of creative assets for digital and print channels, including ads, emails, social media, presentations, and landing pages.
• Translate business objectives and stakeholder requirements into compelling visual concepts and strategic design solutions.
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and audience needs.
• Collaborate with writers, marketing partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Provide creative leadership and mentorship to junior designers, conducting reviews and providing actionable feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Visual, Graphic, or Digital Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print work that supports marketing and branding objectives.
• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Familiarity with collaborative design tools like Figma.
• Proven experience leading creative initiatives and providing design direction to other designers.
