Operational Resilience, Readiness and Response Practitioner (Operational Resilience): Supporting and leading deliverables across Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management with an accent on resilience frameworks and incident response. Focus on developing high-quality documentation, enhancing organizational readiness through training and playbooks, and integrating AI to strengthen resilience capabilities.
Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Must have the appropriate right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not offered.

What you will do
- Support the delivery of key Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management initiatives to set organizational standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to produce and maintain high-quality resilience documentation aligned with strategic priorities.
- Develop compelling materials and reports for senior leadership, translating complex topics into actionable insights.
- Drive consistency by implementing standardized frameworks, templates, and processes across resilience disciplines.
- Create training, playbooks, and exercising materials to enhance the organization's readiness for disruption.
- Participate in the on-call rota to support effective incident response and leverage AI to strengthen resilience capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Operational Resilience and Crisis Management frameworks in a corporate environment.
- Practical knowledge of incident response structures, escalation processes, and continuity planning.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills for creating professional materials for senior stakeholders.
- High attention to detail regarding consistency, accuracy, and formatting in documentation.
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines independently.
- Right to work in the UK is mandatory; does not offer sponsorship for this position.

- Degree in Business or a similar discipline.
- Experience producing professional documentation for internal or external stakeholders.
