What you will do

• Build the QA function from scratch within the Training & Quality team.
• Create clear quality standards, scorecards, evaluation criteria, and calibration processes.
• Run quality checks and audits to identify patterns, gaps, risks, and improvement areas.
• Set up QA KPIs and regular reporting for agents and teams.
• Collaborate with Training, Operations, and Team Leads to implement quality insights.
• Hire, lead, and develop the QA team as the company continues to grow.

Requirements

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Operations, Training Quality, or Performance Management.
• Background in high-volume operational environments with large teams and structured workflows.
• Experience in customer support, sales operations, marketplace, or call center operations.
• Proven experience leading people and building a high-performing team culture.
• Ability to turn metrics and trends into clear insights and actions.
• Advanced or conversational Spanish and English proficiency.
