Salary: $19–$23 per hour

What you will do
- Provide white-glove support to internal and external partners, including brands and retailers.
- Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat using Zendesk and Slack.
- Collaborate with Operations and CX managers to execute ad-hoc projects and ensure operational alignment.
- Monitor communications and maintain KPIs regarding response times and missed call rates.
- Champion partner needs across internal departments to drive solutions and improve partner success.
- Identify and escalate critical issues to the appropriate management channels.
Requirements
- Associate degree or 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Residency in one of the eligible US states (CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NJ, NV, NY, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WA) is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with correct grammar, spelling, and professional tone.
- Experience with client retention, de-escalation, and basic payment processes (COD and invoice reconciliation).
- Ability to work occasional evening and weekend shifts.
- Proficiency in basic math and adaptability to learn new software platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience in the California can industry and familiarity with Department of Can Control (DCC) regulations.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
