What you will do

• Shape the vision for autonomous operations and how remote operation complements automation on jobsites.
• Collaborate with Design and User Research teams to develop and test prototype solutions using AI tools.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Define business features and coordinate with application and platform engineering to ensure delivery.
• Partner with marketing and dealer support teams to drive product adoption and sales growth.
• Coordinate with field support specialists and customers to resolve issues and expand product usage.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Proven experience in Product Management (typically 5+ years).
• Experience leading technical teams while managing multiple projects (typically 3+ years).
• Extensive experience with Agile methodology and software product business operations.
• Working knowledge of software engineering and the ability to use AI tools for rapid prototyping.

• Domain expertise in robotics teleoperation, remote control, gaming, or simulation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
