What you will do

• Develop a composable React widget framework designed to run across multiple embedding contexts, including sandboxed iframes and shadow DOM.
• Create data-rich UI experiences for property and owner data, such as profile views, interactive maps, and lead-gen flows.
• Integrate LLM capabilities into widgets to make data exploration and lead workflows more intuitive.
• Build and maintain a reusable component library with a strong emphasis on UX, accessibility, and pixel-accurate polish.
• Collaborate directly with the VP of Engineering, CEO, and Founder on technical scope and tradeoffs.

Requirements

• Agentic-native development: Cursor or Claude Code must be your primary IDE.
• Deep expertise in React 18, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Radix primitives.
• Proven experience building performant, data-heavy UIs at scale (complex tables, filters, pagination).
• Strong knowledge of sandboxed iframe architectures and Content Security Policies (CSP).
• Ability to implement communication protocols like JSON-RPC 2.0 between iframes and host shells.
• Ability to align with US-based working hours.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with the OpenAI component kit or comparable embedded-app libraries.
• Proficiency with mapping libraries such as Mapbox, Leaflet, or Google Maps.
• Prior experience in PropTech or products built for small businesses.
• Experience owning a design system used across multiple products.
