What you will do

  • Design and deliver learning experiences for Stock Controllers and retail teams using classroom facilitation and the hirify.global Academy digital platform.
  • Build assessment frameworks, conduct monthly evaluations, and analyze performance data to identify and close competency gaps.
  • Execute strategic quality audits and mystery shopping evaluations to ensure adherence to service standards and brand excellence.
  • Monitor data protection standards, documentation practices, and adherence to financial services industry regulations.
  • Produce detailed audit reports with actionable insights to drive systemic improvements across the retail network.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in training or quality assurance roles within retail or customer service environments.
  • Proven track record of designing effective learning programs and using performance data to drive capability improvements.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills to lead behavioral change across retail teams.
  • Ability to interpret complex quality data and translate it into targeted training solutions.
