What you will do

• Architect and implement AI-powered capabilities including code generation and workflow optimization.
• Integrate LLM APIs and embedding models for natural language and code suggestions.
• Design and iterate on prompts to improve AI model outputs and user experience.
• Build internal tooling, evaluation benchmarks, and automated testing for AI components.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure AI features are reliable and scalable.
• Stay current with advances in LLMs and developer tools to inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in web-based product development, preferably in B2B SaaS startups.
• Strong fullstack skills with TypeScript, Node.js, and API design.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Understanding of AI fundamentals including agent architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and vector stores.
• English proficiency at least B2 and ability to work remotely across Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience fine-tuning LLMs or working with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Frontend experience with Vue or React.
• Technical writing or documentation contributions.
• Knowledge of agent orchestration patterns and state management in AI systems.
• Familiarity with code quality evaluation and context optimization techniques.
