What you will do

• Interact with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements, managing dependencies and risks.
• Lead discovery sessions and requirements workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate business goals into clear, actionable tasks and user stories for development teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRD, SRS, workflows, and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure consistency and traceability of requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor and support Junior/Middle Business Analysts to drive professional growth within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT product or software development companies.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, prioritization, and documentation (BRD, SRS, UML, BPMN).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and microservices architecture.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and facilitating discovery workshops.

Nice to have

• Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, AAC, etc.).
• Experience working with distributed or international teams.
