What you will do

• Attract and onboard new affiliates in the Philippines using Revenue Share and CPA models.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing local affiliates and partners.
• Monitor affiliate traffic and performance to detect fraud and ensure quality compliance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to support market-specific initiatives.
• Prepare performance reports and provide market insights to the Team Lead.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or business development within the Philippines market.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Experience in Forex, CFD, FinTech, Crypto, or iGaming industries.
• Proven ability to identify and build strong relationships with local affiliates, networks, and agencies.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Filipino (Tagalog).
• Existing network of trusted affiliates, influencers, or KOLs in the Philippines.
