Information Technology Specialist (Hotel IT)

What you will do

• Manage user accounts, email accounts, access permissions, and IT security controls.
• Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, printers, networks, systems, and communication equipment.
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain computers, servers, IP phones, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
• Support and troubleshoot hotel applications, PMS and POS systems, office software, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Maintain IT inventory, asset records, documentation, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and external vendors while supporting meetings, conferences, events, and operational changes.

Requirements

• Degree or vocational education in Information Technologies, Computer Programming, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT Specialist role.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and hotel systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Team-oriented, service-minded, proactive, and flexible in supporting operational needs.

Nice to have

• Good command of English.
