What you will do

• Provide advanced first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, IP phones, and printers.
• Support and troubleshoot hotel-specific applications, PMS, and POS systems.
• Monitor network infrastructure, Wi-Fi performance, and internet connectivity.
• Manage IT inventory, asset records, and system documentation.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and data protection procedures.

Requirements

• Degree or vocational education in Information Technologies or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT Specialist role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Good command of English is an asset.
• Proactive, service-minded, and team-oriented approach.
