What you will do

• Lead the engineering and evolution of the AI Studio platform, focusing on marketplace UI, agent execution, and MCP integration.
• Define and enforce engineering standards across architecture, SDLC automation, testing, CI/CD, and deployment.
• Mentor a high-performing development team while driving execution and organizational alignment.
• Partner with product teams and enterprise customers to design and deliver reusable AI assets, agents, and skills.
• Translate customer use cases into scalable agent workflows, manifests, and skill pipelines.
• Expand platform integrations across major LLM ecosystems, including OpenAI and Claude.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a tech lead or team lead role.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Production experience with Next.js (App Router and Server Components), React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Express, and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI), including tool use, streaming, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python (Flask) for backend microservices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar tool-calling standards.
• Experience building developer portals or marketplace products.
• Background in data governance, data quality, or location intelligence domains.
• Knowledge of OIDC / OAuth2 authentication flows.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock or similar managed LLM services.
