What you will do

• Provide end-to-end functional support for SAP RE-FX applications, ensuring adherence to SLAs and governance procedures.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and user inquiries to minimize operational disruption.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive, long-term solutions.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes, including valuation and financial postings.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve complex integration issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, business processes, and incident resolutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Information and Communication Technology or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP RE-FX in S/4HANA environments.
• Strong expertise in system integration between ERP and third-party platforms.
• Proven capability in managing L1–L3 support and SLA adherence.
• Deep understanding of cross-functional integration with FI/CO, FSCM, and reporting modules.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
