Salary: $160,000 – $185,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead the strategic integration of AI solutions into client workflows to ensure seamless adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for enterprise clients.
- Enable end-users to adopt as a daily-use tool through training and enablement.
- Manage client health using adoption rates, utilization metrics, and KPIs to drive expansion.
- Transform stakeholders into internal advocates for the platform.
- Relay critical client feedback to internal product teams to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the Dallas office.
- Background in management consulting, technology advisory, or enterprise SaaS customer success.
- Experience working in or with legal environments (Big Law or in-house).
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
