TL;DR

Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative (Customer Support): Delivering high-quality support for luxury home products with an accent on technical troubleshooting and warranty resolution. Location: Fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in Ontario, New Brunswick, or Alberta.

Salary: $24.50 CAD per hour.

What you will do

  • Provide exceptional support for luxury products to foster positive consumer experiences.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails to troubleshoot and resolve technical product issues.
  • Interpret technical drawings and documentation to assist with installation and repair questions.
  • Utilize internal systems to identify products and provide accurate technical guidance.
  • Manage sensitive consumer situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of consumer interactions and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in English and French is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Word.
  • Ability to maintain a safe, secure, and high-speed remote workspace.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams.
