What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, providing empathetic and professional support.
  • Manage and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and requests in accordance with internal policies.
  • Perform trade investigation and validation for MT4 platforms.
  • Collaborate with Retail Services, Settlements, and Compliance teams to deliver a personalized experience.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior management and stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Fluent French and proficient English (verbal and written).
  • Must have appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within financial services.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Service desk systems (Zendesk, Salesforce).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Interest in financial markets and trading products.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Arabic or other European languages.
