What you will do
- Provide technical support for 3D scanners and software via online sessions, phone, and email.
- Manage and record support cases using the company CRM according to established procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments and escalate customer feedback.
- Participate in occasional on-site events.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and writing skills (B2 level) in French and Ukrainian
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1) for internal communication
- Customer-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving, logical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
- Must be based in Kyiv for a hybrid work arrangement
