What you will do

• Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build and maintain relevant talent pools.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interviewing, and short-listing.
• Conduct competency-based interviews to differentiate candidates and ensure high-quality placements.
• Maintain day-to-day interactions with clients, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
• Manage candidate expectations throughout the process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain data integrity and generate accurate client reports.

Requirements

• Significant and relevant experience in a recruiter function (in-house, client on-site, or agency).
• Business English fluency (verbal and written) and local language proficiency.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and set expectations effectively.
• Experience in conducting competency-based interviews and writing professional candidate reports.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a client-facing capacity with a professional and responsive demeanor.
