Salary: $440,000 – $580,000

What you will do

• Define and own the technical vision, strategy, and metrics for the Product Engineering area.
• Deliver an autonomous vehicle capability roadmap with production-level quality using AI model backbones.
• Frame autonomous driving as a data problem and define efficient data curriculums for feature and geographical coverage.
• Drive an eval-driven culture to reach KPI targets with high predictability and resource efficiency.
• Lead and develop Engineering Managers, establishing career growth trajectories and resilient teams.
• Partner with senior leadership to maintain a culture of impact, performance, and organizational health.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering successful Autonomy products relying on complex AI models.
• Experience leading complex, multi-layered or matrixed engineering teams.
• Deep domain expertise in autopilot, navigation, active safety, and parking systems.
• Strong product delivery skills, including roadmap articulation and interfacing with business functions.
• Expertise in resource allocation and long-term program planning (1-2 years out).
• Must be based in or able to work from the London or Sunnyvale offices.

Nice to have

• Experience applying foundation models to implement specific product features.
• Experience collaborating with multiple automotive OEMs.
• Experience with GenAI simulation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, databases, and large-scale data pipelines.
