TL;DR

Salary: $100,100 – $150,300 CAD

What you will do
- Lead multimedia programs from concept to delivery, owning creative direction for product, brand, and thought leadership content.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists to translate business objectives into actionable production plans.
- Direct live-action video production, including camera operation, lighting design, and audio capture.
- Manage the full post-production lifecycle, including editorial, motion graphics, color, and sound design.
- Build and maintain production workflows, intake processes, and asset management systems to scale operations.
- Mentor internal team members to raise the overall creative quality of multimedia work across the company.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in multimedia production and creative storytelling across various channels.
- Full production lifecycle proficiency, from storyboarding and capture to post-production and final delivery.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition), Final Cut Pro, or Logic Pro.
- Proven ability to scale output using vendors and repeatable systems.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from Toronto or Vancouver.
