What you will do

• Lead multimedia programs from concept to delivery, owning creative direction for product, brand, and thought leadership content.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists to translate business objectives into actionable production plans.
• Direct live-action video production, including camera operation, lighting design, and audio capture.
• Manage the full post-production lifecycle, including editorial, motion graphics, color, and sound design.
• Build and maintain production workflows, intake processes, and asset management systems to scale operations.
• Mentor internal team members to raise the overall creative quality of multimedia work across the company.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in multimedia production and creative storytelling across various channels.
• Full production lifecycle proficiency, from storyboarding and capture to post-production and final delivery.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition), Final Cut Pro, or Logic Pro.
• Proven ability to scale output using vendors and repeatable systems.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto or Vancouver.
