What you will do

• Design and build foundational infrastructure including authentication, permissions, feature flagging, and notifications.
• Develop and evolve the internal product platform to accelerate engineering velocity across multiple product lines.
• Lead the development of enterprise-facing features such as secure multi-party collaboration and robust admin controls.
• Maintain high standards for security, privacy, and system reliability for sensitive legal data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, AI, and design teams to deliver enterprise-ready experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend-focused software engineering experience on platform or product teams.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Experience shipping user-facing features with measurable impact across the stack.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS patterns like RBAC, feature flag systems, and third-party integrations.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Toronto, Canada.
• Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge.
