ARRISE is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment operations in a fast-growing international iGaming environment. This role is based in Belgrade and is a great fit for organized, proactive HR or TA professionals who enjoy coordination, stakeholder communication, and keeping hiring processes running smoothly.

What you’ll do:
— coordinate and schedule interviews together with the Talent Acquisition team
— maintain and manage the internal candidate database and recruitment data
— support sourcing activities across multiple hiring platforms
— manage communication with external recruitment agencies and partners
— post job openings and help track recruitment pipelines
— prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics
— contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives within TA
— ensure smooth communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process

What we’re looking for:
— strong organizational and multitasking skills
— excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
— professional level of English is required
— Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field is a plus
— willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
— previous knowledge of the iGaming industry is considered a plus
