What you will do

• Execute full-cycle executive searches from initial briefing and search strategy to shortlist and offer closure.
• Build and maintain comprehensive talent pipelines and market maps for core product functions.
• Source passive high-level candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Implement structured interview processes and scorecards, advising hiring managers on assessment and calibration.
• Negotiate complex offers and manage the final closing process, including compensation benchmarking.
• Track and improve recruiting KPIs and candidate experience metrics in partnership with People Analytics.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive hands-on executive search experience, either in-house or within retained firms.
• Proven track record of closing Director, VP, and C-suite level roles.
• Experience hiring for technology sectors (SaaS, FinTech, Marketplaces) or high-risk industries like gambling and dating.
• Deep understanding of the technology landscapes in EMEA and the CIS region.
