Salary: $160,000 — $195,000 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with Data Scientists and stakeholders to translate analytical needs into robust ML solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines, covering data ingestion, feature engineering, training, and serving.
• Spearhead the integration of AI and Agentic frameworks into the ML and Data Science platform.
• Establish monitoring, A/B testing, and metrics frameworks to quantify the real impact of models.
• Perform root cause analysis for troubleshooting and implement necessary code and process fixes.
• Drive the technical strategy and CI/CD processes to ensure scalable and reliable architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building ML systems in production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record in optimizing large-scale ML infrastructure and solutions.
• Proficiency with Databricks and MLflow is essential.
• Experience with pipeline scheduling tools like Airflow and Astronomer.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Terraform and GitHub.

Nice to have

• Production experience with Databricks Genie AI and other agentic solutions.
