Informatica Developer (IDMC)

TL;DR

Informatica Developer (IDMC/AWS): Developing and setting up Informatica on cloud using the IDMC platform with an accent on data integration, infrastructure automation, and production support. Focus on automating AWS service provisioning using Terraform and Ansible, and managing high-availability environments on a 24/7 cycle.

Location: Hybrid in Reston, VA (Must be based in or able to commute to the office 3-5 days per week)

What you will do

• Develop and set up Informatica on the cloud using the IDMC platform and self-service workbench.
• Automate repetitive tasks related to AWS services provisioning, installation, and configuration.
• Manage and provision infrastructure using Terraform, Gitlab, and Ansible.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for customers on a 24/7 cycle.
• Write scripts using Python and Unix Shell for system automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience with IDMC (Informatica's SaaS platform Intelligent Data Management on Cloud).
• Proficiency in Python and Unix Shell scripting.
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, SSM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Gitlab, and Ansible.
• Must be able to work onsite in Reston, VA.
• Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spark, Amazon EMR/Hadoop, PySpark, and AWS Glue.
• Experience with Terraform Module creation and usage.
