TL;DR

Marketing Data Analyst (SQL/dbt): Analyzing, tracking, and optimizing paid media investments across SEM, Meta, and TikTok with an accent on data pipeline maintenance and cross-platform performance modeling. Focus on synthesizing complex datasets into actionable budget recommendations for non-technical leadership using a modern data stack.

Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil (Remote). Must be available to work on US time zones (EST/PST).

What you will do

  • Own regular performance tracking across SEM, Meta, and TikTok, monitoring core metrics like CAC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Maintain and update business intelligence dashboards in Sigma and optimize data models using dbt and GitHub.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot conversion API pipelines across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Combine external marketing data with internal business databases to generate detailed media spend analyses.
  • Synthesize intricate channel performance data into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Mid-level expertise with the ability to operate completely independently.
  • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience building and maintaining dbt models using GitHub.
  • Direct experience building and maintaining modern data dashboards specifically within Sigma.
  • Proven background in marketing analytics focusing on digital paid media channels and in-platform measurement.
  • Excellent English communication skills with a track record of translating technical metrics into business insights.
  • Must be available to work 8 hours/day, 5 days/week on US time zones (EST or PST).

Nice to have

  • Previous analytical experience working within the Financial Services industry.
  • Experience accelerating coding workflows using AI utilities like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
