What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytical projects across marketing and commercial teams with high autonomy.
• Design and analyze incrementality experiments and build statistical models.
• Improve marketing ROI measurement through marketing mix modeling (MMM) and brand impact analysis.
• Analyze customer behavior across the sales funnel for both sellers and dealers.
• Deliver data-driven presentations and narratives to senior stakeholders.
• Utilize AI to automate analytical workflows and share best practices with the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing and customer analytics.
• Expert-level SQL and proficient Python for modeling and automation.
• Strong working knowledge of AI tools and their application in analytical workflows.
• Experience with experimentation design, A/B testing, and causal inference.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Must be able to work from the London office 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Claude Desktop Code.
• Working knowledge of dbt and BigQuery.
