What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with OKRs regarding resolution time, operational efficiency, and customer perception.
• Partner with global team leaders to provide analytical insights through business-oriented datasets and visual dashboards.
• Perform strategic analysis to optimize the efficiency and quality of CX operations.
• Structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative customer service data to identify business opportunities and insights.
• Communicate with business stakeholders to propose and implement action plans to achieve area targets.

Requirements

• Proficiency in translating complex business questions into efficient SQL code (mandatory).
• Expertise in building advanced dashboards using Looker ML, Metabase, or PowerBI.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and synthesizing them into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of statistical techniques including regression, segmentation, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) for maintaining a single source of truth in analytical code.
• English proficiency for collaborating with technical and non-technical global teams.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
