What you will do

• Perform quality audits on job sites to ensure efficient and cost-effective route work.
• Conduct NIM job audits post-turnover to identify reliability issues and suggest improvements for future installations.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and on-the-job training to mechanics.
• Analyze accounting reports to review route profitability and manage callbacks.
• Collaborate with sales staff to define the scope of work and calculate costs for repair bids.
• Manage material procurement by determining and ordering necessary parts for service and repairs.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience managing at a branch departmental level.
• Ability to write professional reports, contract proposals, and business correspondence.
• Capacity to analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret complex technical instructions and mathematical diagrams.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA
