Salary: $136,800 - $198,375

What you will do
- Serve as the lead advisor for a dedicated book of high-net-worth clients, collaborating with a Wealth Advisor and Client Experience Specialist.
- Deliver a first-class client experience across onboarding, financial planning, and investor education.
- Implement and review "Personal Strategy" investment strategies based on client risk tolerance and objectives.
- Provide holistic financial planning covering retirement, income optimization, and tax-advantaged savings.
- Manage client relationships proactively via phone, email, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and delegate or coach team members to ensure high service standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a registered Wealth Advisor position.
- FINRA Series 65 certification is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
- Advanced knowledge of wealth management, tax optimization, and estate planning.
- Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and wealth management recordkeeping systems.
