What you will do

• Support clients through investment planning, insurance solutions, and ongoing relationship management.
• Conduct research and due diligence to make suitable securities product recommendations.
• Manage sensitive communications, product applications, and enter securities trade orders.
• Collaborate with Lead Advisors on case preparation and follow-up for client meetings.
• Drive marketing initiatives, including seminars, direct-mail, and community building efforts.

Requirements

• Securities licenses (Series 7 and 66 OR Series 7, 63 and 65) and resident state Life, Health and Annuities registration are required.
• Must be based in Redondo Beach, CA.
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Services as a licensed Advisor.
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and maintain high work quality under pressure.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Money Guide Pro, Wealthscape, Morningstar, and Salesforce.
• Previous administrative or secretarial experience.
