What you will do

• Prepare detailed financial analyses and develop comprehensive financial plans in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop the financial planning team to ensure accuracy and process efficiency.
• Integrate Microsoft Co-Pilot and other AI tools into operational processes.
• Partner with advisors to create implementation steps and meeting guides to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee CRM data accuracy and scale meeting preparation workflows.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Securities licenses (Series 7 and 66 or Series 7, 63 and 65) and resident state Life, Health and Annuities registration.
• 3–5+ years of experience in financial planning or related financial services roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project and process management.
• Ability to work from the office at least 3 days per week in Wisconsin or Michigan.
• Proficiency with financial planning tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• CFP® designation or the ability to obtain it within 2 years of starting.
