What you will do

• Manage paperwork, data collection, and documentation for insurance quotes and proposals throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit bids for insurance products, including gathering census data and required supporting documents.
• Facilitate client and employee orientation calls, including scheduling, material preparation, and follow-up.
• Track sales opportunities, enrollments, and pipeline activity using Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and vendors to ensure smooth transitions from sale to post-sale service.
• Handle inbound sales support requests via calls and emails regarding quoting and documentation.

Requirements

• Life & Health Insurance license is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales support, insurance operations, benefits administration, payroll, or customer service.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional customer service mindset.
• Must be based in Kingwood, Texas.
