What you will do

• Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI APIs, and Azure OpenAI.
• Integrate AI agents with Microsoft Fabric infrastructure, including OneLake, Power BI, and Data Factory.
• Build multi-step agent workflows for data retrieval, reasoning, task automation, and document analysis.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using enterprise data sources.
• Create prompt engineering frameworks and reusable templates to optimize performance, latency, and cost.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to identify AI automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure OpenAI Service.
• Proven track record of building AI agents and autonomous workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG implementations.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in New York City 5 days a week.

• Experience deploying enterprise AI solutions at scale.
• Knowledge of M365 Copilot ecosystem and multi-agent systems.
