What you will do

• Work directly with the Founder to drive UK market entry.
• Build and execute initial hiring plans.
• Support fundraising efforts.
• Help establish A1’s presence in UK.
• Drive external positioning.
• Act as a central operator across teams.

Requirements

• Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles.
• Strong generalist - able to switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution.
• High agency - does not wait for instructions, figures things out and moves.
• Strong judgment - able to prioritize what matters and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Clear and concise communication - comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external partners.
